What payment methods are available in SalesViewer®?
SalesViewer® offers several convenient payment methods to make purchasing and renewing your licenses as easy as possible. This article explains the available options and what you should consider when paying for your SalesViewer® licenses.
Available payment methods
SalesViewer® accepts the following payment methods to meet the needs of different customers:
- SEPA direct debit: This convenient payment method allows you to make payments directly from your bank account. After you have paid the order with SEPA direct debit, the amounts due will be debited automatically. This simplifies the regular payment of your licenses.
- PayPal: A fast and secure way to pay that allows you to pay your license fees via your PayPal account. PayPal also offers buyer protection, which provides additional security for online transactions.
- Credit card (via Stripe): SalesViewer® enables credit card payments via the payment provider Stripe. Stripe is known for its high level of security and user-friendliness. You can pay with major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

How you can pay for your licenses
- Selection of the payment method in your customer account: Select your preferred payment method when ordering or renewing your license.
- Specification of payment information: Enter your payment details securely. For SEPA direct debit you will need your IBAN, for PayPal your PayPal login details and for credit card payments the card number, expiration date, security code as well access to the 2 factor authentication.
- Verification and confirmation: Check your order and payment details carefully before completing the payment.
Important notes
- Data protection and security: SalesViewer® attaches great importance to the security of your payment information. All payment methods are processed via secure, encrypted connections.
- Receipt of payment & invoice: You will receive an PDF invoice for your payment by email. You can find the invoices in your user account under the tab: Licenses -> Orders. You can call up and download your invoices there at any time.
Changes to the payment method
If you would like to change your payment method, you can do so in your SalesViewer® customer account under the Licenses. Then choose on the left side menu the menu point “Orders”. On the right side you will find a credit card icon, where you can change your payment method.
