Changing the billing address in SalesViewer®

To change your billing address in SalesViewer® for invoices, follow these steps:

  • Access via your SalesViewer® account: In your SalesViewer® account, navigate to “Licenses” via your initials at the top right and then select “Billing address”. Here you can update your billing address, by clicking on the pen symbol. Please note that changes will only take effect for future invoices.
  • Changes for invoices already sent: For changes to invoices that have already been sent, please contact SalesViewer® support directly at help@salesviewer.com. Changes to the billing address in invoices that have already been created can only be made by the support team.
