How to create planned reports in SalesViewer®

In SalesViewer®, you can create personalized reports and notifications with just a few clicks, providing you and your team with valuable insights into your activities. The reports can be compiled automatically and sent directly to you via email to keep you up to date on the latest developments and opportunities.

Step-by-step instructions on how to create planned reports

  • Create a new report
Start in the “Alerts” section of the dashboard. Here you will find the option to create a new planned report. This step is the starting point for creating your customized report.
  • Name the report
Give your report a concise name that clearly reflects its content and purpose. This will help you and your team easily identify the report later and recognize its value.
  • Set the frequency of the report
Decide how often the report should be generated. Do you want daily updates, a weekly overview, or a monthly summary? This selection is crucial for determining the rhythm at which your team receives new data.
  • Select recipients
Determine who should receive the reports. You have the option of specifying both: users within your SalesViewer® account and external recipients. This ensures that all relevant parties receive the information.
  • Select the language and format of the report
Customize the report to suit your team’s needs by adjusting the language settings and selecting the preferred format. Whether PDF, Excel, or another format, SalesViewer® offers a variety of options.
  • Save and send the report
Once you save the report, SalesViewer® compiles all relevant leads and data for the period you selected. This data is then sent to the selected recipients in the format you specified.
  • Filter options for customized reports
Use SalesViewer®’s powerful filter options to further personalize your report. Select existing filters or create new ones to highlight specific information.
  • Managing your scheduled reports
Your new scheduled report will now appear in the “Planned Reports” overview. Here you can edit, activate, or pause the report as needed to ensure that the information remains up-to-date and relevant.
  • Automatic execution of your reports
Once your report is configured, it will be generated automatically at the specified times. Recipients will receive an email with the latest leads and identified companies.

By creating planned reports in SalesViewer®, you and your team will now receive your desired data regularly via email.
