As Customer Success Manager:in you are responsible for the onboarding process and the implementation of individual sales strategies and inspire your customers day after day.
- Continue to develop our global Customer Success strategy
- Responsibility for the initial onboarding process and and long-term support of new SalesViewer® customers
- Exclusive contact person for customers with focus on product and strategy training
- Development of successful sales concepts, integration of SalesViewer® technology into the sales and marketing process of our customers
- Analysis of product usage, needs & user behavior
